Recipe No. 1:
1kg Ovalette Cake Powder Mix
400g eggs
350g oil
160ml water
Combine all ingredients in a mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed for 5-7 minutes. Pour the resulting batter into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 45-60 minutes. Various fillings can be used if desired.
Baking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven model used.
