Product Description:

Add 1kg of Katsan Ovalette Creme Brulee Powder Mix to 5-5,5 liters of milk and 450-500ml of liquid whipping cream and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. After pouring into containers, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator, sprinkle with a little sugar, and caramelize in a preheated oven or by burning the top with a blowtorch. Optionally, 15-16 egg yolks and 300g of margarine can be added to the recipe. (Average: 30-40 servings)
 

Packaging: 1kg x 6 pcs foil = 6kg parcel

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and odorless place. Keep the package closed after every use.
