Recipe No. 1:
1kg Ovalette Fruit Cake Powder Mix
400g eggs
350g oil
160ml water
Combine all ingredients in a mixer bowl. Beat on high speed for 5-6 minutes to make the dough rise. Pour the resulting dough into a cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50-55 minutes. Baking time and temperature may vary depending on the oven model used.
