Katsan Food Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. was established in 1988 by Abdullah Topcuol and his sons. Abdullah Topcuol began his career in 1947 and is one of the oldest pastry masters in our country. Our company has quickly proven itself with the innovations it has brought to the sector, guided by its deep knowledge and experience in the field of pastry making.
Katsan produces, markets, and exports a wide range of products used in pastry and ice cream manufacturing, including additives and auxiliary ingredients, emulsifiers, improvers, ready-made powder mixes, whipped cream products, creams, jellies, cake and ice cream sauces, fruit fillings and preparations, syrups, chocolate and confectionery varieties, pralines, cocoa powder, as well as couverture, chips, chunks, and coin-shaped chocolates, along with specialty and molded chocolates.
