• 200g Katsan Ovalette Cheesecake Powder Mix
• 650-700g whipped cream
• 250ml warm water
• 300-350g cream cheese
Dissolve the cream cheese powder mix in warm water by stirring with a whisk. Add the cream cheese and whipped cream and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared rounds lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with fruit sauce, if desired, and serve.
