1kg of Ovalette Cream Caramel Powder is boiled by adding 5 liters of milk. Pour into containers with caramel sauce at the bottom and leave to chill in the refrigerator. After at least 30 minutes of refrigeration, the cream caramels are taken out of their containers by turning upside down and made ready for service.
