Product Description:

Whip 1kg of Garnimiks Powdered Whipped Cream with 2,5 liters of cold water (around 14°C) or cold milk in a mixer for 3-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. It is recommended that the resulting whipped cream be refrigerated for 10-15 minutes before use. It can be used in pastries as well as in milk ice cream products. After the prepared milk ice mixture has cooled, mix it with 10% Garnimiks Powdered Whipped Cream.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry and odorless place. Keep the package closed after every use.
