Usage: Add 5 - 5,5 lt of milk and 450 -500 ml liquid whipping cream to 1 kg Crème Brûlée Powder Mix and boil over medium heat by constantly stirring. Transfer to cups and keep refrigerated for a minimum of 2 hours. Sprinkle some sugar on and caramelized by baking in a top heated oven or through a blow torch.
