KATSAN Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. was founded in 1988 by Abdullah Topçuol and his sons. Abdullah Topçuol who started this profession in 1947, is one of the oldest pastry masters of our country. Our company has succeeded to prove itself in a short time with the innovations it brought into this sector in the light of its deep knowledge and experience in pastry making.
KATSAN which produces, markets, exports a lot of products such as, additives used in the production of bakery products, pastries and ice cream; emulgators, enhancers, instant powder mixes, whipped cream, cream, jellys, pastry and ice cream sauces, fruit fillings and fruit preparations, syrups, chocolate, block of compound chocolate types, madlen and special chocolates, couvertures, chips, drops, pieces and coin chocolates, pralines, cocoa powder, is in close cooperation with the largest companies of the world which are experts in their fields and acts as a distributor in Turkey for some overseas companies such as these. Katsan produces high quality products both in catering and retail sectors with its own brand and with “Private Label”.
