Usage: 1 kg OVALETTE CREAM PATISSERIE Powder and 2,5/ 3 liters of cold water (+5/+10 degrees) is whisked for 3-5 minutes with a mixer until an appropriate consistency is achieved. The cream achieved is used directly or through a parfait with with 25% of whipped cream in between the layers of cakes.
