• 200g Charlotte Powder Mix
• 250g water (min. 45°C)
• 1kg lightly whipped soft cream
The Charlotte powder is dissolved in hot water of 45°C and above by mixing with a whisk. Then whipping cream is beat into the mix and then poured into pans with sponge cake mats underneath Optionally, an additional mat can also be placed in the middle. The prepared cake is chilled in the refrigerator for a while. Served with chocolate topping
