Whıte Hot Chocolate Powder Mıxture

Product Description:

Preparation in a hot chocolate machine: 6 liters of cold milk, 600ml of cold water and 1kg of Bitter Hot Chocolate Powder Mix are put into the container of the machine. The temperature setting of the machine is first adjusted to 90°C and heated for 35 minutes. At the end of this period, the temperature is adjusted to 60°C and heated for another 40 minutes. At the end of the total time, the hot chocolate is ready to be served.
Preparation for a single cup serving: Add 30g of Dark Hot Chocolate Powder Mix and mix with 200ml of hot (preferably 60°C) milk in a cup and rendered serve ready.
For achieving a more intense chocolate flavor, you can reduce the amount of milk and use half-fat or skim milk instead of full-fat.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and odorless place. Keep the package closed after every use.
