Pour 12,5 liters of milk into a pot and pour the entire package (2,5kg) into it. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and beat with a mixer on high speed for 5 minutes. Pour into bowls, bring to room temperature, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and serve. (Average: 93 servings)
