Product Description:

Boil 1 liter of water. Squeeze a lemon, if desired. Combine 250g of sugar and 20g of Ovajel Gel Powder Mix and add to the boiling water. Boil for 1min. before removing from the heat. Brush the fruit with the mixture or spray it with a gel sprayer.
In addition to adding a lasting shine to fruit cakes, it also forms a protective layer on the fruit, preventing browning and increasing its durability.
