Product Description:

Should be heated in a bain-marie or in the microwave. For use as coating; can be heated to 30-40°C, brought to the desired consistency, and applied on the cake.
For use as filling: mix with 30% to 50% whipped vegetable cream and apply to cakes as a filling.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and dry place (Max. 20°C and 65% relative humidity). Once opened, keep the package closed and store it in the refrigerator at +4°C.
