Product Description:
14-16 eggs (800-850g) and 150-200 ml of water are added to 1kg of Ovalette Sponge Cake Powder Mixture and whipped in the mixer for 5-7 minutes at fast speed. The prepared mixture is baked in a preheated oven at 160-180°C for 45-50 minutes. Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of oven used.
