Recipe No. 1:
1kg Ovalette Velvet Cake Powder Mix
400g eggs
300g oil
160ml water
All materials are taken to the mixing bowl. The product is mixed for 5-7 minutes at the medium speed of the mixer. The resulting dough is taken to the cake mold and baked for 35-40 minutes in an oven which was preheated to 170-180°C beforehand.
Cooking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of oven used.
Recipe No.2 Wrap/Roll:
1kg Ovalette Velvet Cake Powder Mix
800g eggs
320g oil
240ml water
Add eggs, oil and water to the mixing bowl and whisk. Then, add the Ovalette Velvet Cake Powder Mix onto the liquid mixture. First whip in the mixer for a total of 5 minutes; 1 minute at slow speed, 2 minutes at medium and 2 minutes at high speed. The cake dough is spread on the baking mat or greaseproof paper lined tray in a fine layer with the help of a spatula, and the settlement of the dough is ensured by tapping the tray lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. Upon taking out of the oven, it is turned upside down by providing support through placement of a baking mat or greaseproof paper on top. Spread the previously prepared cream in between, add fruit or various ingredients and wrap into a roll cake. After refrigeration for 1 hour, slice to the desired thickness and then serve.
