1kg of Ovalette Powdered Whipped Cream is whipped with a minimum of 1,5 liters and a maximum of 2,5 liters of cold water or cold pasteurized milk, depending on the desired consistency and volume, in a mixer for 3-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. It is recommended that the resulting whipped cream be refrigerated for 10-15 minutes before use. It is recommended that the cold water or milk used be between 10°C and 15°C. Ovalette Powdered Whipped Cream can be used in pastries as well as in milk ice products. Adding 10% to milk ice recipes gives a better consistency and flavor. It also delays melting.
