1kg Pastart Cream Patisserie Powder Mix is whipped with 2,5 to 3 liters of cold water (between 5°C-10°C) for 3-5 minutes with a mixer until an appropriate consistency is achieved. The resulting cream is used directly or by mixing with 25% whipped cream.
