Usage:

1kg of Katsan Ovalette Cream Patisserie Powder Mix is whipped with 2,5 or 3 liters of cold water (between 5°C and 10°C) in a mixer for 3-5 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved. The resulting cream can be used directly or mixed with 25% whipped cream.
